Darlene Guimond

Waterville-Darlene Lund-Guimond,1950-2022. Darlene was a social butterfly and retired elementary school staff at Lincoln School in Augusta. Darlene's love of life does not end with her passing. Darlene left this world on December 9, 2022, at the age of 72, after a courageous battle with cancer. She passed surrounded by her family who will continue to honor her legacy of love and connection with others.

Born in Maine on August 18, 1950, Darlene grew up in Manchester and had a true zest for life. After starting her family at 17, Darlene dedicated her life to being the kind of person anyone would be lucky to know. Anyone who knew her in life will tell you she was a very spiritual person, wonderful mother, the perfect grandmother and a true friend.

Darlene is survived by her mother, Pearl, her son, Brandon, his wife Jackie; grandchildren, Matthew, Adriana and Olivia; siblings, Linda and Verne and her great-grandchildren, Colton and Ruth. She will be missed dearly by many.
